The last few weeks my husband has been talking in his sleep. He keeps saying Caitlyn you are so fabulous, Caitlyn I love you, Oh yeah baby! I've asked him who Caitlyn is, but of course he says he doesn't know. He got upset with me for even asking who Caitlyn is. We have been married 25 years and he has never talked in his sleep before, so I am worried that he is messing around. Is his subconscious mind telling on him?
Are you sure it is Caitlyn? Sometimes when people talk in their sleep their voices are very muffled and it's hard to hear what they said. It could just be someone that he is fantasizing about - someone he knows or maybe a fictional TV or film character or a celebrity. Or Caitlyn could just be a dream character that doesn't exist in real life. He might not remember his dreams so not realize that he is having these types of dreams about someone named Caitlyn. Is there anything else that makes you think he might be cheating? If he is talking in his sleep and has never done that before he might be stressed or overtired.
It was either Caitlyn or Cailyn, not sure. But I just realized that it is a stripper from North Carolina that he saw a few years ago! Yes I do believe he has cheated on me several times, I can't shake the feeling! I started having dreams about it myself and for the last two years, I haven't slept well at all! When I ask about it, he gets upset and always goes back to me when I'm trying to talk about him.
Well, it could just be him fantasizing about his past or fantasizing about being with someone else (which is normal and harmless), but since he has already cheated on you, I guess it's possible that he's cheating again. You should consider how your husband behaves when he is awake. Is he behavior similar to how he behaved when he was cheating on you in the past? Your husband talking in his sleep about Caitlyn is definitely not proof that he's cheating though. You need other evidence.
