First of all can anyone explain to me, why do I have nightmares all the time. I always new I had them more often then others. They usually don't even bother me now - except this one.

The dream started and we *me and a little boy, he was probably about 10-12* found a dead girl, late teens early twenties. We brought her to a room *it was like a hospital building we were in, but it was not a hospital - but thats how it was set up* and we left her. For some reason it became our responsibility to deal with her body, even though we had nothing to do with her murder - or so I thought. then the dream just kind of moves on from that.
I'm now at my boyfriends house, the people that live there aren't the people who live there in reality - these people Ive created as far as I can see. They are a younger woman but a little older than me maybe late twenties early thirties, her son *the boy mentioned before,* and the womans mother, and a black cat. I live at the house too but similar to the way it is in reality, I feel more like a guest, never fully confortable always feel like I have to ask someone if it's ok if I do something. I think that may be why we didn't do anything about the body. A lot of nothing happens, I can't remember but then it starts to get vivid again.

I'm on my way to the college for class, I meet up with my boyfriend and we go to class together. I tell him that it's been about four days and we HAVE to get this body I found out NOW. He tells me ok, after class. I'm not sure what happens exactly now, but we go up to the room she's in and somehow, I fall out the window, a VERY VERY high window. I remember seeing the ledges as they passed and as my head smacked them, I remember the indent I left in the pavement - but yet bbesides being sore I was ok. By the time I got up to the room again - he was gone and i was too scared to do it myself.

I leave and go home. Back at the house the dream has done one of those switches, the girl is no longer in a room in a building - she's IN the dishwasher, in pieces. She's been there for days. We're all freakin out about what to do. The grandma says she'll be back momentarily and she gets her coat and goes out the backdoor, the cat following her. We plead with her not to go - for all we know the killer is in the woods behind the house. The dream cuts to seeing her through the trees - its almost like Im watching her from the killers POV. Then we see a black shadow walk by. The grandmother is allerted by some movement. Then the killer pulls out a big bag of snakes and lets them go. The grandma looks up, unaware of the snakes, and says "Oh hi sweetie" as she is engulfed by the snakes. The Boy runs away *he is the murderer* and the view is of the old woman on the ground dead covered in various poisonous snakes, that cat is dead not far from her. Back in the house theres been another brutal murder *not exactly sure who this is - but the mom knows its her son, so now she doesnt want to call the authorities. I tell her that we wont tell them about the person he murdered but now we have two other dead bodies *for some reason we didnt think it could be the boy, all of them* I call 911 anyways becuase we have to get rid of the dishwasher body - im now much to scared to even open it becuase of the smell that must be inside, not to mention the actual contents.

Obviously, the intensity of this dream just didn't translate well in writing as wel as some of the details I had when i first woke up. But this is the third dream this week that I've had a nightmare about murder and having to deal with a dead body - Two of the three I had to hide a body of someone I didn't kill, why don't i just call the cops? Today was definetly the worst, I woke up SCREAMING, which I never do, crying, trembling and woke up my boyfriend and still couldnt get a grip for a bit.

Please, anyone have any insights to these dreams?

    Hi and Welcome!

Sorry to hear you're having such scary dreams.

Lets see, you leave something behind in which you were given responsibility. Yet somehow, something goes wrong when you attempt to fix things. You get abandoned.

The problem, which takes the form of a murdered and mutilated body, keeps finding its way into your life. You know who is responsible for this mess, but rather than confront the person or make it their responsibility, you make it yours--as you do when you call 9-11. The boy (the one responsible) does not get blamed.

So, the question is, have you been given too much responsibility that others can do well on their own?

hmm, well I do have a friend that is constantly asking me to do little things that he is fully capable of doing - it usually ends up in a "u have two hands/legs, can't you do it yourself?"

    Hi crazykryssy,

If you are having frequent nightmares, you should see a doctor as this may be caused by a medical problem. Especially if the frequency and intensity of the nightmares has increased recently.

There is no way to prove this. If the person went into a coma and couldn't come out of it, they would not be able to tell anyone what they had dreamt about.

Dying in a dream will not cause you to die in real life.
