For a couple of years i've been dreaming of the undead stalking me in my dreams. Sometimes i'm almost bitten or surrounded with seemingly no way out but always find a way to escape. Other times its a horde that im trying to escape, pumping round after round into their heads but with too many to kill that it doesnt matter much. Im not scared of my dreams im just annoyed that its always in my dream mind instead of something else.
Its a constant dream theme for me, what does it mean?

In general, dreams about being chased have to do with your avoiding something, such as a problem you don't want to face or a quality in yourself that you don't like and don't want to admit that you have.

The zombies could have to do with your waiting to lay a problem to rest - an issue that you want to put behind you and forget about. These dreams could mean that you are trying to pretend that a problem doesn't exist or that you don't have to deal with it anymore, but you really still have to face it and deal with it.

That you always get away in the dream is a sign that you are able to temporarily avoid the problem or find a temporarily solution, but the fact that the dreams keep happening is a sign that the issue hasn't really been solved.

Wow u really hit this spot on as there are some problems i like to avoid in real life. I really liked how u put it into words as it makes perfect sense. Is there other meanings though that could be causing this? Im rather curious..

Do you suspect there is another meaning? If so, what?

Danger of sickness in the future or disease. I mean they are so common that it freaks me out a bit when i have these dreams, the detail/danger is just so real.

Do you have a rational reason to be worried about sickness - do you have real health problems or do you think you are just being irrational? (Apologies if this is too personal.)

Yeah i have health problems, not too serious right now but when it kicks in i just dont want to deal with them anymore, to the point that its unbearable.

Also, i do have a irrational fear that the world might end this way due to the rise of infectious diseases today. I had this fear ever since i saw my first zombie movie- Its my number one fear.
