I recently had a dream where I was in a elevator with 2 other people. A random guy and a girl who I think is this girl who may like me(I do like her) but I'm not sure if it was her. It was slowly rising to the top floor and we were nearly there when it stopped and lurched a little. Then it went into a free fall and we went all the way down past the first floor like you are going down to the basement of a building. When we passed the first floor I told the girl not to jump(like in the movies when it supposedly breaks your fall) and offered her to sit on my knee(I have no idea how I knew she would jump because she didn't say it and I think I read her mind). Then when we were getting close to the very bottom it felt like a bungee cord was slowing us and stopped us. Then it shot us back up to the top and flung me out. I landed on the top floor(of a mall) when I realized the elevator would go back down so I jumped back and grabbed it and held on to the edge of the elevator and the railing. The last thing I remember is people telling me to hold on and realizing I can't let go and feeling the elevator slip when I woke up.

I remember feeling scared at first(when it dropped) and then nervous until I noticed the girl then I calmed down like I knew everything was gonna be ok. Like I was accepting what was happening.

Any idea on what's going on?

I had another dream last night.

This one started with me during marching band and seein planes fly over us. Then I saw two planes landing at the same time a small plane and a large plane. They both crashed and the small plane lost a wing but that's all.

Well I forgot to add this but after they crashed it switched to a TV screen where I saw a picture of my ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend and it said he died.

Depending on who dumped who, your ex-girlfriend taking up with a new beau may be something beyond your control. Did the dream make you anxious? Or did you feel it was more of a wish fulfillment?
