Dream Recall

Dream recall, or remembering dreams or, more specifically, how to remember your dreams is something I get asked about a lot.

For some people, me included, remembering dreams isn’t a technique, or something that they try to do – it just happens naturally every night.

Some folks insist that they never dream, when the truth is more likely that they simply they don’t remember dreaming.

Many more, most people perhaps, are somewhere between the above examples? Some people remember snippets, while some people occasionally remember a particular dream vividly now and again.

This section is for people who wish to increase their powers of dream recall, who wish to remember their dreams more often and more clearly. In fact, this may surprise you, but by coming to this page and reading this text you have already increased your chances of remembering more of your dreams by telling your brain it’s important to you!
