Dream Archive May 2009

This is the dream archive where I uploaded my dreams for seven years.
There is a dream, faithfully recorded, for every night between May 2003 and February 2010.
Although not many people will go to the lengths of writing down their dreams every day for seven years, recording your dreams in this way can be useful over extended periods. This is especially true if you’re going though interesting or difficult times in your life as you can look back over them and get clues to how you were feeling on a subconscious level.
Of course, you may simply want to look back on your dreams as a source of amusement.
Finally, writing down your dreams actually helps you remember your dreams. By writing down your dreams you are saying to your brain, ‘hey, it’s important I remember this stuff when I wake up, because I want to write it all down’.
