If you have a secret crush it is probably someone you see a lot, maybe everyday, either in your life or on TV or the internet. Therefore, when you have a crush it is not at all unusual to dream them. In fact, you might even dream about a past secret crush years after you’ve almost forgotten about them if you never did anything about it at the time?
Dreaming of your crush can be simply a wish-fulfillment dream, a sort of nice fantasy to live out in your dreams.
Usually when you have a crush it is for someone you are not able to speak to, perhaps because you are too shy, they are with someone else, or they are a famous person you have no social connection with in your daily life. Because if this, dreaming of your crush can be a way of letting your mind experiment and test what it might be like to be in a relationship with your crush, or to simply speak and interact with them. If you dream about your secret crush it does not necessarily mean you are destined to be together, it can simply be your subconscious, dreaming mind saying, ‘hmm, you think about this person a lot, I wonder what it would be like…?’
Obviously, if you dream about your secret crush it may be just a wish-fulfillment dream and it may not predict the future, but that doesn’t mean you will never have a relationship with your crush if it’s someone you know. If you really are destined to be together then perhaps one day you will be? With this in mind, if you keep dreaming about your secret crush and it is someone in your life and available to you, your subconscious may be trying to get you to just go for it! Just be careful about reading too much into dreaming about your crush, sometimes with affairs of the heart your subconscious can get things wrong.
This is not to say that you shouldn’t give it a try, aiming for happiness is never a bad thing, but be aware that your secret crush might not feel the same way, and dreaming about them doesn’t mean they are dreaming about you. So, if it doesn’t work out if you go for it, try and be humble and realize that they are not meant for you. Besides, if it doesn’t work out at least you may stop thinking about them?
